All you need is a yoga mat and a device with internet access (laptop, tablet, or phone). Optional props like a block and pillow can enhance your practice, but you can substitute household items if you don’t have them. If you don’t have a yoga mat, practicing on a carpeted area works just fine.

Find a quiet area where you won’t be disturbed. Clear the space around you to avoid tripping hazards. Set up your tablet, laptop or phone somewhere you will be able to see it while you are practicing. Positioning your device in a slightly elevated position (like on a chair or desk) often works best.
